Our Building Process



The first step is to have a consultation and discuss important determining factors like, where you want to live, your budget,what you like and don’t like and any specific site specifications that can will impact on how your home will be designed etc.Your no obligation consultation will be with me, the owner, not a sales team, as its important to me to project manage and be a part of quality control from the absolute start to completion.


Concept plan

The next step is to draw up a concept plan of your home. You can choose one of our designs that can be modified to suit your needs or a complete bespoke with one of our architectural draftsman.

Once this plan is completed, we then begin the process of pricing up your home. It is here that we can modify specifications and make amendments to ensure we stay within your budget and reflect your individual taste.



Once you are happy with your design plan, specifications and price, a contractis drawn up that is regulated by the Master Builders Association.Your lawyer will help oversee this and confirm that nothing has been missed in the contract.


Consent process with finalised working plans

Once your working plan is compliant through the consent process, it is here that the final touches to your home are made. We offer a free consultation with an experienced interior designer (boutique interiors) to help you with inspiration and advice on colours and furnishing should you need it.



Your construction is overseen by me and includes regular site meetings, information and updates. I continue to be your personal point of contact right up until the very end and beyond. All our sub-contractors and suppliers are professional, and well-known quality Canterbury brands. Everything is checked off along the way with stringent quality control measures.


Completion and quality control

Once your home is completed, a code of compliance certificate is issued, and you are ready to move into your new home!

A 10-year Master Builders guarantee comes with eachand every home we build so you can rest assured that any defects or quality issues that may arise are covered! The consultation process does not end when the build is signed off. We want you to have a stress-free experience and know that you are still a priority even after the completion of your home.
